Our workshops are designed to create restorative workplaces and groups. A restorative workplace, or group, is one that is resilient and can manage conflict when it arises.
We will tailor our workshops to meet your needs. Our Facilitators are experienced in delivering workshops tailored to suit the needs of a workplace or group.
Participants gain an understanding of what restorative practice is and learn the ways it can prevent and minimise conflict by learning to have “restorative conversations”. We can also help with long term planning to embed restorative practices in a workplace or group.
Restorative coaching supports an individual to build skills and strategies to respond rather than react to situations that arise. It recognises that people are human beings and it’s not always possible to compartmentalise our lives. Sometimes what is happening at home can affect us at work, and vice versa. In those times it’s easy to react, to say things we don’t mean, or fail to communicate clearly.
Coaching is a space where we work one on one with a person and help them to understand their reactions to certain situations. Through regular sessions we teach an individual tools and skills that will help them to reflect and then respond in a respectful way.
