Resolve conflicts & restore relationships

Facilitated restorative practice is a confidential process where people are supported to meet face to face (kanohi ki te kanohi) to resolve conflict and maemae (harm), and to restore their relationships.

Facilitated restorative practices are tailored to meet the needs of the people we are working with. The process will look a bit different when we work with a family, versus working with a sports team, a workplace, or a community group. Typically, there are several key stages – initial contact, the individual interviews, the conference (meeting together/hui), and after conference follow up.

Anyone can contact us to find out more about restorative practice, and how it can help. There is no cost to enquire. Sometimes another agency might refer clients to us where they can see parties need a safe space to talk face to face. Managers or HR might also encourage staff or teams to participate in restorative practices.
